Mid-Level Attorney The candidate will advise and represent clients in legal disputes and proceedings for areas such as toxic torts, personal injury, consumer fraud, and class action litigation. Prepare trial strategy, examine witnesses, and prepare and deliver oral advocacy during trials. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements. Must possess a Master's degree in Law plus 2 years of experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Witness examination and trial strategy preparation for toxic tort litigation involving scientific causation and liability issues; Preparing Bellwether cases for trial, including motion practice, discovery, and oral argument; Litigating to trial toxic tort cases involving exposure to pesticides; Litigating class actions involving Medicare Secondary Payer laws on behalf of Medicare Advantage Organizations; Representing Medicare Advantage Organizations in antitrust cases regarding the sale of prescription drugs required.
