Law Firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Walnut Creek, CA. This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $110,000 to 160,000 per year. Law Firm is the largest and most experienced construction defect and common interest development law firm in California. We provide superior, client-focused legal services and solutions to community associations and property managers throughout California and beyond. Our lawyers are highly experienced construction, community association, and transaction real estate attorneys. They have a thorough understanding of the challenging legal issues that arise and find the best solutions for our clients' legal needs. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 3+ years of Real Estate Law Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytic skills. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively. California Bar membership in good standing. Trial experience is a plus but not essential. Relevant litigation experience. Mediation and dispute resolution. Prior experience with community association law is a plus. Preparing pleadings, motions, written and expert discovery. Settlement agreements. Taking and defending depositions and written discovery. Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. We currently offer a hybrid in-office/remote work model. New hire employees will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule under this policy, subject to approval by their supervisor.
