Office Manager/Legal Secretary The candidate will perform a broad range of duties, including secretarial support and general office administration for attorneys with very busy litigation dockets. Preparation/Revision of documents, correspondence, pleadings, and forms. Scheduling and coordinating appointments. Answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail. Court and Agency filings, including electronic filings. Manage client billing. Organization and filing of case materials. Must have 1-2 years of experience as an office manager and/or legal secretary, preferably with experience in litigation. High-level of computer proficiency and well-experienced using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Sage Timeslips, ECF/Pacer is required. Previous experience in time-keeping, billing, and filing (paper and electronic) is needed.
