Legal Secretary The candidate will be working primarily in trusts and estates. Duties will also include court filings, interacting with clients, and scheduling appointments. Should be familiar with estate plan documents such as Trust Declarations, Wills, Trust Transfer Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and related County forms. Must be able to transcribe downloaded dictation and accurately proof read documents. Should have several years experience in field of law or be able to learn the preparation of documents over a short period of time.
