We currently have an opening for a health care attorney with at least 3 years of experience in health care law. This position provides the opportunity to assist clients with complex, multi-disciplinary legal issues related to health care and provide creative solutions. ## Responsibilities * Advise on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions * Provide legal advice and services to clients that administer or provide health care services, primarily health plans and hospitals * Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to ensure client satisfaction ## Qualifications * Admitted to practice in California * 3+ years of experience in health care law * Public agency experience and experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal a plus ## Salary The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $122,500 - $180,000.
