Associate Attorney The candidate may meet with clients during consults to devise legal strategy and gather information/documents; Conducting legal research tailored to specific cases; Drafting immigration packets cover pages, defenses, and responses to Immigration inquiries; Attend and assist clients during USCIS and asylum interviews; Provide legal guidance and support to clients; Advise clients about their particular case and how it relates to their behavior within the US and American society. Must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved Law School. Admitted and in good standing with any US Bar. Texas Bar is a Plus. Must have 3 + years of experience with immigration law practice. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. NOTE: This is 6 months Temporary contract type job.
