Associate Attorney The candidate's duties include: Support litigation partner s business litigation practice (including breach of contract, fraud, shareholder derivative and corporate compliance issues) and real estate litigation practice (representing owners, developers, managers, landlords, tenants, construction companies in commercial and residential disputes). Manage approximately 10 active and pre-litigation cases at any given time. Depending on experience and training, duties may also include taking and defending depositions, and serving as 2nd chair for trials and arbitrations. If interested, opportunity to work with transactional partner and be exposed to redlining, drafting, and editing. Requirements: At least 3 years of litigation experience, including research and writing, discovery, and motion practice. Should be a strong writer who takes pride in high level of written work product.
