Junior Employment Litigation Attorney The Candidate is responsible for drafting Class Certification Motions, Class-wide settlement agreements, preliminary and final approval motions; Preparing for and attending mediations; Defending depositions; Court appearances. Must have 1+ years of experience in employment law. Experience in handling plaintiff wage-and-hour class actions is necessary. Experience with employment litigation is critical.
