Associate Attorney The candidate will join plaintiffs' litigation firm, focusing on products liability, personal injury and Child Victims Act matters. Will handle a variety of heavy, interesting cases. Must be skilled at handling all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, as well as all other aspects of discovery and motion practice. Trial experience is a plus. Should have 3+ years' solid experience. Experience with both State and Federal litigation is preferred. Excellent research and writing skills are a must.
