Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and attorneys with 4 or more years of experience will be considered for the positions. Drafting Medicare Set-Aside proposals. Submitting MSA proposals to Medicare for review and approval. Analysis and filing medical based lien appeals with governmental agencies. Research and legal analysis of public benefit laws involving Medicare, Medicaid and VA benefits. Drafting of legal appeals and participation in ALJ hearings regarding public benefit laws and medical liens. Advising clients on Medicare, Medicaid and VA specific matters pertaining to litigation and settlement. Current State Bar admission (PA or other) required. Proficiency in Word,Eexcel and the ability to learn and use proprietary software required.
