Attorney Recruiting Coordinator The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the advancement the firm s Partner Hiring and Integration and Associate Recruiting functions. Will be responsible for assisting in the management of the firmwide partner recruiting process, including identifying and tracking partner candidates, and successfully guiding them through the recruiting process; coordinating partner candidate visits firmwide, including travel, arranging interview schedules with candidates and practice section leaders, sponsoring partners, administrators, and office recruiting managers and coordinators, drafting board proposals, submitting expense reports and assisting in administering the Partner Integration Program. Other responsibilities include updating the Firm s NALP Form annually, coordinating orientation schedules and materials for Summer Associate and Fall Associate programs, working with the Technology team to update the Summer Associate work assignment database annually and have it featured on the Pulse and assembling on campus briefing materials and interview packets for Pillsbury s law school recruiting teams. Should have a Bachelor s degree and previous recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services organization. Should have strong organizational and research skills and strong client service attitude. Should also have strong writing, editing, and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels. The ability to work well under pressure as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize and to work independently, under the direction of others, and as a part of a team both in person and virtually is desired. Should be proficient in the use of computer programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and database programs, knowledge of NALP recruiting practices and standards helpful.
