Trial Attorney The candidate will be developing strategies for investigations. Conducting pretrial discovery and motions practice. Developing testimonial and documentary evidence for trial. Identifying relevant legal issues in cases and investigations. Preparing and presenting cases for prosecution. Conducting every aspect of trial preparation and trial presentation. Must be a member of the California Bar with 3+ years of strong experience. Should preferably have first-chair prosecution or defense experience and federal criminal or civil litigation experience with substantial knowledge of federal constitutional law. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box and work well under pressure and deadlines. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
