Construction Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience, construction law experience helpful but not required. Ability to interface with the client and convey a level of professionalism and competence in terms of both the legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction disputes. Experience with depositions and at least exposure to preparing a case for trial/arbitration including actual participation in an arbitration or trial. Experience with negotiation and preparation of contracts. Excellent analytical writing and communication skills. Both Illinois and Missouri licenses a plus.
