Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with all phases of transportation, premises liability and nursing home negligence and abuse cases. Work involves motion practice, drafting pleadings, answering discovery, conducting pre-suit investigations, working with medical providers and lienholders, and maintaining client contact. There are also court appearances and deposition responsibilities as well. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates that have demonstrated leadership experience, excellence in academics, and contributions to their communities are highly valued. Must also be self-motivated, independent, ethical, and committed to the practice of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Illinois Law License is required.
