Paralegal - Pre-Litigation The candidate will obtain, review, organize and summarize medical records. Will prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage. Prepare and forward demand packages to insurance carriers and defense counsel. Communicate and correspond with clients regarding case status and details. Prepare for disbursement and finalize the case. BA/BS and/or paralegal certificate preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal. Must be proficient in MS Word and Outlook. Working knowledge of Needles Case Management software is a plus.
