Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Assembling legal documents, exhibits, and attachments; Filing and serving legal documents and correspondence; Calendaring hearings and deadlines; Answering phones and scheduling appointments; Gathering and retrieving facts and information; Saving, archiving, indexing, and organizing documents and files. Excellent customer service required. Exceptional organizational skills required. Strong attention to detail required. Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. High level of computer competency required. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and PracticePanther preferred. 3-5 years of experience as a legal secretary for a civil litigation firm preferred.
