Litigation/Franchise Paralegal The candidate will be preparing default and demand letters. Will be preparing first drafts of routine pleadings/discovery. Preparing and filing franchise disclosure documents. Calendaring and tracking cases and deadlines; and basic research. Must be resourceful and have relevant experience. Prior experience from a large law firm or franchisor company is preferred.
