Seeking Associate Attorney with 3+ years civil litigation defense experience handling matters involving construction defect and general liability. The candidate must be familiar with all phases of file handling including discovery and investigation, law and motion proceedings and depositions. Strong research and writing skills are required as well as a demonstrable record in drafting pleadings, memos, and briefs. Trial experience as first- or second-chair helpful along with other experience in evidentiary matters. Excellent academic performance, strong writing, advocacy and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required.
