Associate Attorney The candidate will work in a collegial environment and tackle employee benefit issues in a team-oriented approach working side-by-side with experienced employee benefit attorneys. The position also offers the possibility of significant client contact and management of client work. Should be interested in applying for the compliance associate. Must have 3+ years of experience and demonstrated experience in issues arising under Title I, II and IV of ERISA. Should have exemplary writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background and DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC Bar.
