Production Contract Attorney The candidate to join internationally-recognized Entertainment, Technology and Advertising group. Should have 2-3 years of production legal experience working on entertainment transactions in television, film, and/or new media productions including on actor/test option, showrunner-executive producer, producer, writing room, director, and department head agreements; the full array of below-the-line, crew, vendor, lease/rental/location, music supervisor, and materials license agreements; and script and episodic or film and other production-related review and clearance. Must be admitted to the California bar. Prior experience in a law firm or in-house experience at a studio, network or other media company a plus. Should have ability to manage and handle constant, multi-faceted demands and timelines of productions; keep track of all deals, interface with production staff, lead production legal calls and be primary interface with studio clients on production-related matters.
