Attorney The candidate will be working with our team to manage a robust national property insurance coverage practice. Actively assist in first-party litigation in state and federal jurisdictions throughout the country including matters which include bad faith claims; take and defend depositions. Prepare and argue discovery and dispositive motions; review claim and underwriting materials to formulate litigation strategy and/or coverage opinions; and participate in litigated matters from commencement through trial and appeal. Must be licensed attorney with 1-3 years of experience for our first-party property coverage group. First-party coverage experience is a plus.
