Paralegal The candidate will build a solid case from beginning to end by forming a confident theory of liability. Gather the necessary evidence to support the theory. Assist clients through treatment for their injuries. Manage a treatment provider list. Gather records, and write thorough demand letters. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management including evidence investigation, client communication, medical record review, and settlement negotiations. General knowledge of common injuries is a must. Should have the ability to recognize and research less common injuries; eagerness and compliance with frequent communication with clients to get injury and treatment updates is a must.
