Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Maintaining and organizing client files and evidence; Preparation, service and filing of pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, corporate documents and related correspondence; Calendaring litigation and other deadlines; Filings with the Secretary of State; Using a variety of software tools and Answering phones, taking messages and greeting clients. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of legal assistance experience; Experience 1 year (Preferred). Maintain confidentiality of our clients and their related documents; Have the ability to set priorities and be capable of handling multiple interruptions while keeping on task and working independently.
