Employment Litigation Attorney Candidate must have: CA Bar admission and graduated from an ABA-accredited law school. 2+ years of experience primarily handling plaintiff wage-and-hour class actions. Experience handling depositions, pre-trial motions, and drafting pleadings and complex motions (such as class certification motions, class-wide settlement agreements and preliminary/final approval motions). Strong leadership and excellent analytical and writing skills. Passionate about innovative work in a dynamic environment.
