Paralegal/File Handler for Injury Attorneys The candidate will answering Telephone Calls. Evaluating and Assessing New Potential Claims. Communicating with clients. Reporting/opening claims to insurance companies, Drafting Correspondence. Scheduling property damage inspections,. Requesting police reports, Obtain policy limits information. Submitting SR-1 & SR-19 to DMV. Monitoring client's medical treatment, Collecting and analyzing client's medical records, Scheduling client's appointment with medical facilities. Prepare files for demand. 1-2 years experience working as a personal injury Case Manager are required. Ability to handle plaintiff's case from the intake phase all the way to resolution are required. Good oral and written communication skills are required.
