eCommerce Attorney The candidate will work on the control strategy/foundation team and will perform tasks relating to the delivery of initial client strategy consultations and the development and implementation of programs that allow brands to effectively control their distribution and establish the necessary foundation to address unauthorized sellers and other commercial disruption in the age of eCommerce. Research client products, brands, existing distribution models, online sales strategies, and online product reviews. Research trademarks related to brands that are subject to the client's eControl program. Analyze client information and develop eControl strategy and program design recommendations. Draft authorized seller policies and agreements, pricing policies, quality control program documents, internal policies, warranty and satisfaction guarantees, other commercial agreements and documents, and various other business documents related to eControl program implementation. Deliver training to client teams regarding eControl program implementation. Research and analysis of online commerce trends, platforms, and emerging issues to support the development of new eControl solutions. Complete other special projects and initiatives that may arise from time to time. Should have experience drafting commercial policies, agreements, and other business documents; excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills; strategic and creative thinker; superior attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; Commitment to delivery of excellent client service; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint; working knowledge and/or prior experience with antitrust law; working knowledge and/or prior experience with intellectual property law; working knowledge of product distribution and sales channel management concepts; working knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon.
