Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will work under the supervision of the Chief Legal Officer and an experienced PI/litigation attorney. The candidate should feel comfortable maintaining a large case load, effectively working with a support team, and leading litigation efforts. 2 years personal injury experience REQUIRED, Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills, Must have attention to detail, Participate with support staff in all stages of a personal injury claim, including intake, demands, discovery, medical records, bills, damage charts, settlement memorandum, basic pleadings, initial filings, etc., E-filing. Must have experience with claim evaluation and client interaction. Familiarity with personal injury law in North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee is a plus, Excellent legal research skills, Familiarity with liens and healthcare reimbursements, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, state and municipal plans, and ERISA-qualified plans is a plus.
