Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate should be an experienced legal assistant for the Belleville, IL office. Must possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include: State and Federal E-filing. Preparation of legal documents. Scheduling, docketing and calendaring. Maintaining and organizing files. Ability to work with multiple software program. Other secretarial duties as assigned. Should have 2 years legal experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Worldox, a plus. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with all attorneys and staff.
