Attorney Duties :Will join part time to Conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics including intellectual property, international trade/business, taxation and immigration, business strategy. Research-related duties include drafting memos. Create, review and provide input on documentation and agreements. Requirements : The candidate should be a telecommute/remote part-time California licensed attorney. Must be currently licensed to practice law in California and have 3+ years of either in house or law firm experience. Should preferably have an experience in securities or tax. Preferably should be a bilingual in English and Mandarin.Have excellent research, writing and communication skills. Must be well organized, an efficient worker, a leader, and manage cases from inception through completion.
