Business Litigation Attorney / Associate The candidate must have familiarity with motion practice, strong command of the rules of evidence, experience with drafting complaints, discovery responses, memorandum of law for motions, depositions, and excellent research and writing skills. Must be able prioritize workload and meet deadlines in accordance with court rules. 3+ years related professional legal experience, strong academic and professional credentials, excellent oral and written communication and creative problem-solving skills, the ability to work collegially with diverse personnel, demonstrated judgment and discretion, and admission to the California Bar.
