This mid size Orlando office maintains a full service civil law practice. The is organized into the following areas: litigation, health law, communications and media, employment and labor, tax, personal planning and employee benefits, securities and public offering, real estate, and business and corporate office. Staff Attorney - Litigation The candidate' must have 1 to 2 years' experience in document review to work on a group of related major litigations. The position is primarily document review and case development through factual investigation, discovery, and legal research. The staff attorneys will work on teams with firm partners and associates ad will be provided invaluable training by experienced litigators. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include: Experience with document review tools including, but not limited to, Relativity, CS Disco, and Everlaw; An academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.3, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and credited school; Should have 1 to 2 years' of experience; and Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
