Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience. Bankruptcy experience a plus. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance. Overall good work ethic and willingness to adapt to change. Litigation experience a plus. Required education is a Bachelors degree and juris doctor degree from accredited college of law; and admitted to practice in Tennesee or eligible for TN license. Admission to Middle District of Tennessee Federal Court a plus.
