Associate Attorney Candidate will represent injured victims and strive to get them the compensation they deserve to compensate them for their medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering and other losses. Will include: Conduct negotiations with opposing counsel or claims adjusters, Draft and file complaints, Draft and serve interrogatories, Oversee a law clerk in answering interrogatories as well as other activities, Attend and take depositions of tortfeasors and witnesses, Defend depositions of clients, Draft and file motions, Attend pretrial conferences as required by the judiciary, Interact with opposing counsel and the judiciary, Attend mediations and settlement conferences, Attend trials, or other hearings such as probate. 3 years' litigation experience is a must.
