Experienced Litigation Attorney The candidate will work for an insurance defense firm. Experience with construction defects, habitability, auto PI, and 2 years of insurance defense experience is a plus. Must be active members in good standing with the California State Bar. Should preferably have experience: representing a variety of matters, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents; identifying and working with experts, reporting to clients and maintaining client relationships, assisting with cases from inception to trial. Must be a motivated attorney who will help shape and grow the firm with an eye toward partnership. Must possess excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
