Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial litigation matters, learn from and work with experienced attorneys, and have direct contact with both clients and attorneys on the other side of the case. Will handle cases from start to finish including client interviews, pleadings, discovery, and trial. Should have Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney and more experience is preferred. Litigation experience that is preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate law, contract, employment, trust, and estates, and/or finance.
