Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: Managing personal injury litigation files. Drafting motions, notices, and pleadings. Keeping in regular touch with clients about case statuses. Preparing and responding to discovery. Communicating with opposing counsel. Scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings. Communicating with experts. Preparing exhibits and trial presentations. Qualifications: 2 years' personal injury law office experience. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Adobe, efiling, and case management systems. Managing other employees. Organization and efficiency (another of our core values). Detail Oriented. Ability to prioritize. Ability to listen. Keeping deadlines and communicating progress on meeting them.
