Will handles cases in the fields of commercial and business litigation; product liability and tort litigation; catastrophic construction accidents; construction defects; environmental hazards; professional liability; pharmacy liability; transportation law; workers' compensation; employment and labor; bad faith litigation and insurance coverage defense; and subrogation recovery, among others. Should 1-3 years experience. The ideal candidate will have Strong Academics; Excellent Writing Skills; MA Licensing; Clerkship Experience.
