Trademark Attorney The candidate must have substantial direct experience drafting full trademark opinion letters, analyzing trademark searches, researching third party use, and clearance work. A minimum of 2-3 years experience is required. Candidates should also have experience working with heavy volume, large trademark portfolios, possess strong time management skills, have excellent writing and analytical skills and be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience with trade dress, design patents, trademark disputes, licensing, advertising and contracts are a plus.
