Entry to Mid-Level Associate Attorney Candidate will be assessing alleged liability/causation/injuries; drafting pleadings, drafting discovery demands, discovery responses and motions; assisting in preparing for and conducting depositions, and medical/legal research. A law degree with a license to practice in New York State Bar is required. Admission to New Jersey or Illinois Bar is a plus. Experience working in a law firm setting handling medical malpractice, dental malpractice and long-term care negligence cases is a plus.
