Litigation Paralegal Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm where you can make a real impact? Injury Attorneys is seeking a full time Paralegal to join our team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the best legal representation and client experience and look for compassionate & empathetic personalities; innovative, competitive, fast-paced thinkers; and enthusiastic, positive team players. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will assist the attorney in all aspects of case management, from case inception to settlement or trial. You will provide clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact checking; and trial preparation. You will also prepare petitions, trial documents, answer discovery both in state and federal court, gather and analyze intake information, as well as relevant documents associated with new files into case management software, initiate claims, verify coverage and maintain communication with insurance adjusters to provide case status updates, collect documentation of all damages sustained such as medical records, bills and loss of wages, and update case details on a regular basis by utilizing case management software. Requirements for this role include a Paralegal Certification, two years or more of paralegal experience, and litigation experience. Knowledge, skills, and abilities needed include the ability to problem solve, customer/client focus, teamwork orientation, ability to communicate effectively, ability to multi-task, ability to take initiative, personal effectiveness/credibility, skilled in time management, and technical capacity.
