The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited law school and a member of the California Bar with at least one year of experience practicing law. The ideal candidate will have previous contracting experience as well as familiarity with the life sciences industry. This is a full-time, non-associate / non-partnership track position that offers alternative work arrangements, including a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Responsibilities: * Reviewing and revising a broad range of agreements related to the conduct of clinical trials * Working with other attorneys at the firm who specialize in the regulation of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products by FDA * Assisting other attorneys in the practice group with research projects and in the preparation of documents for clients and for submission to FDA Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited law school and a member of the California bar * At least one year experience practicing law in a law firm, in a relevant government agency, or in-house at a company * Previous contracting experience as well as familiarity with the life sciences industry Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
