Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate responsibilities will include making appearances in bankruptcy court, managing files in bankruptcy throughout the state, as well as drafting or reviewing claims, objections, motions, briefs, pleadings, and other documents. Should have 3 or more years legal practice experience (bankruptcy preferred). Must have excellent communication, research, writing and analytical skills. Ability to operate in a sophisticated case management system is required. Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Prior practice experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate and/or litigation is a positive.
