Philadelphia office seeks Manager, Budgeting and Financial Analysis with 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst position in a law firm or professional services environment. The candidate will be responsible for the entire budget process, forecasting and variance analysis process as well as firm's profitability model, survey data and all ad hoc analyses. Will make sound business recommendations and execute work plans with the goal of improving department performance and providing timely, accurate and actionable management information to clients. Will have day-to-day responsibilities for the budget and analytical review process. Should have an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance. Advanced knowledge of Access and Excel is required and experience with Elite accounting system is preferred.
