Litigation Paralegal The candidate will request, track and follow up on records through issuing subpoenas, authorizations, and online portals. Provide analysis and summary of medical records. Schedule mediations and settlement conferences. Coordinate expert reviews. Draft discovery responses and requests. Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediation, and other meetings. Assist with preparing motions and exhibits. Trial preparation, including drafting and managing trial documents and exhibits. Receive and process documents and enter information into Case Management System. Should have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Asbestos, Toxic Tort, Products Liability, or Personal Injury experience preferred. Excellent communication and technology skills are required.
