Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, BIA. Consult and provide legal advice to clients and potential clients. Draft and/or review legal briefs, memorandums, motions, and affidavits. Represent clients in court, USCIS offices, and detention centers throughout the U.S. Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work. Research unique legal issues. Develop solutions to complex legal issues. Other tasks as assigned. Should have an active member in good standing of the bar of any jurisdiction. Immigration law experience (minimum 2 years). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outstanding legal research abilities. Highly organized and attentive to details. Eager to work in a deadline-driven and client-centered firm. Outgoing and personable with clients. Passion for helping the immigrant community. Dedicated to finding creative, innovative strategies to help clients.
