Tax Attorney The candidate will be working directly with the principal attorney and clients to resolve their tax matters. Will have their own cases and the ability to work with principal on other matters. Will be working on cases including IRS Collections, Employment Tax, Audits, State Tax Issues and Criminal matters. Should possess experience in tax controversy. Preferred to have an LLM, CPA, EA or other accounting experience. Must barred with an attorney license.
