Litigation Attorney The candidate will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of agreements, and filing comprehensive complaints and airtight responses. Working closely with a team to prepare comprehensive briefs and motions on each case that goes to trial; preparing persuasive motions. Interfacing with clients about discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and other case-related work. Conducting depositions and discovery; performing industry research on legal matters related to specific matters, as well applicable legislation. Making frequent court appearances, hearings, and pre-trial conferences. Should have 3+ years of experience and admission in good standing with the California State Bar. Prior insurance defense experience is required. Trial experience is preferred.
