Attorney The candidate will gain hands-on litigation experience with a top-notch Plaintiffs-only firm. Will be part of a fast-paced team and stimulating environment and growth opportunity. Will work closely with clients and senior attorneys to prepare cases for pre-litigation, litigation, settlement and trial with focus on catastrophic injury. Qualifications: Admitted in NY and NJ is a must. Must have experienced in litigation cases in New York and New Jersey. Must have experience with New Jersey MVA, premises liability and construction accident cases.
