Associate Attorney The candidate become a part of rapidly growing Insurance Defense Practice. Will appear in Court on conferences, motions, hearings and depositions, draft motions, discovery and reports to the carrier. Court appearances on conferences, motions and hearings. Prepare SJ Motions, other motions, opposition papers, pleadings, and discovery. Conduct depositions. Prepare reports to the insurance carrier. Ability to handle the defense of a personal injury action from inception to conclusion. Review, evaluate and report on medical records. Admission to the New York State Bar is needed. Should have 1-3 years experience in personal injury insurance defense. Familiarity with various legal documents is required.
