Part-time Paralegal The candidate will perform tape transcription. Provide administrative support to staff. Maintain electronic and physical files. Filings/pleadings with federal and state courts. Client intake and case management. Answer/direct/schedule phone calls. Other responsibilities scheduling appointments and meetings as well as general office administration. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Must have general years of Microsoft Office experience; experience with Microsoft Word and ability to red-line documents; prior experience with dictation and transcription. Problem-solving skills with an analytical thought process and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. The exciting work environment in the Boca Raton office. Prior law office or litigation experience is necessary. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must. Excellent phone manner and congenial temperament as well as ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion. Note: The candidate's working hours are 12 pm-5 pm or 1 pm-6 pm.
